Positive Influence of Lucheng Dialect of Wenzhou on the Acquisition of English ConsonantsAbstract: This paper researched the influence of Wenzhou dialect on the acquisition of English consonants, especially on the positive influences. It first introduced the commonly recognized theories of consonant, phoneme, second language acquisition and transfer. Then, with the data from the questionnaire, tape recording and class observation, the influence of Wenzhou dialect on the acquisition of English consonant was analyzed. By contrastive analysis, the similarities and differences of the shengmu in Lucheng dialect and English consonants were also drawn. It finally gave some pedagogic implications on how to apply the positive influences of Wenzhou dialect to the English teaching practice.Key words: positive transfer; consonants acquisition; Lucheng dialect of Wenzhou

地区方言对英语辅音学习的积极影响
摘要: 本文研究了温州地区方言对英语辅音习得的影响，特别是在积极方面的影响。文章首先介绍了公认的辅音、音素、第二语言习得与迁移等理论。其后通过来自问卷调查、录音比对和课堂观察的数据，分析温州方言对英语辅音习得的影响。通过对英语辅音与方言声母系统的比较，得出两者之间存在的相同点，以及存在的不同。最后，提出了如何将温州方言的积极影响运用到教学实践中去的一些建议。
